    what is fair game?

Fair Game with Faith Salie takes the day's news and entertainment stories, blows them up, and puts them back together again -- all in one glorious hour. Join Faith and her guests as they delve into subjects like international espionage, Robert Downey Junior, and why you sometimes need to punch a hawk to save a puppy. All that plus live music! Fair Game - where every topic is our play thing.

    about Faith Salie

Fair Game is hosted by Faith Salie, perhaps the only Rhodes scholar performing comedy intentionally. Faith was a star of Bravo's critically-acclaimed improvisational sitcom, Significant Others. As an actor, her television resume ranges from a memorable turn in gold lamé on Sex and the City to reaching the arcane iconic status of a "tradable life form" for Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fans. A former pop-culture pundit on a variety of VH-1 shows, Faith has regularly performed as a stand-up comedian at the Hollywood Improv. She is also a television writer and has created/executive produced pilots for Fox, VH-1, and the Oxygen Network.

Faith cut her professional teeth in the dark, competitive world of children’s musical theatre during her childhood in Atlanta. That experience prepared her to sing, dance, and lucubrate her way to a BA at Harvard University and an M.Phil. at Oxford University.

Faith is currently a monthly contributor to O, the Oprah Magazine as an ethics expert. She recognizes the irony in this assignment. Fair Game marks Faith’s first foray into public radio, where she is immersed in the show as co-creator, host, writer, and producer. While she’s happy to see more women in comedy, she’s still not sure if they should have the right to vote.
